The nose opens with notes reminiscent of burnt apple. These notes give way to a fresher impression and notes of crisp, green apples. \u003cbr\u003eOn the palate, it is mineral, slightly peppery and menthol. The result is the so-called \"petites eaux\" at around 30 - 35% ABV.
