Pale salmon color. Very delicate notes of raspberry, orange blossom, sour cherry, and a touch of fresh pepper. Refreshing and crisp on the palate, with a zesty acidity and a strongly mineral, almost saline character. This is complemented by a very beautiful mousse that tickles the entire mouth and lingers.
Pet Nat is an abbreviation – the full term is “Pétillant Naturel”, which is French and means “natural sparkling wine”. Pet Nat just sounds cooler!
Serve chilled, ideally between 8–10°C.
An elegant wine to enjoy on warm summer days. On its own or as an accompaniment to delicate dishes.
This Pet Nat sparkling wine has undergone only one fermentation and is made without the addition of sugar or cultured yeast. The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested in mid-August and gently pressed.
