Unlike many industrially processed honeys in supermarkets, which are kept liquid by heating, natural honey will always crystallize sooner or later. This natural process proves:

No overheating: The honey has not been exposed to high temperatures. Temperatures above 40°C destroy important enzymes and impair the delicate aroma.

How to Make Solid Honey Liquid Again

If your once-liquid honey has solidified, you can easily and gently liquefy it without compromising its quality:

1. Water bath: Place the honey jar in a water bath that does not exceed 40°C. The gentle warmth will slowly make the honey liquid again.
2. Patience: Alternatively, you can place the honey on a radiator, which takes longer but is very gentle.

Important: Avoid the microwave or direct heat so as not to destroy the valuable ingredients and flavor.
