La Trinquelinette is a small manufacturer based in Trinquelin, a tiny village in Burgundy. It was founded in 1978 by Bernard Berilley, who initially worked as a vegetable farmer but then discovered his passion for good preserves.
To achieve the best possible quality and an incomparable taste, Bernard carefully selects his fruit: it must be neither too ripe nor too sour. He also lets it cook for a maximum of 5 minutes to preserve its full aroma and its very special characteristics, while also reducing the sugar concentration. All preserves from La Trinquelinette contain more fruit than sugar, which gives them their distinctive taste.
What makes the preserves from "La Trinquelinette" special is that they truly taste like fresh fruit and even reproduce its texture.
