Craftsmanship & enjoyment: Zamburiñas (scallops) are closely related to the classic scallop but are slightly smaller and stand out with their particularly tender, sweet flesh. For this premium conserve, the scallops are carefully cleaned and layered by hand in the can.

The scallops retain their distinctive, full-bodied character thanks to the traditional "Guiso" – a delicious, slowly simmered sauce. This is prepared according to a time-honored family recipe with fine olive oil, ripe tomatoes, onions, a splash of wine and high-quality paprika powder (Pimentón). The tender scallop flesh perfectly absorbs these savory aromas during the maturation period in the can.

Tip for connoisseurs: Warm the closed can gently in a warm water bath before serving. This brings out the aromas of the sauce best. And don't forget to have a good piece of crispy white bread ready – the savory sauce is far too delicious to leave even a drop on your plate!

Store in a cool (<35 °C) and dry place until consumed. After opening the package, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
