Germon, known in German as white tuna, is the finest tuna found in French tinned food. Its flesh is light, firm, and much milder than that of yellowfin tuna. That is precisely why it pairs well with bold flavors without being overwhelmed by them.
This recipe also includes garlic, carefully balanced so as not to overpower. It gives the tuna a subtle kick, while the fruity notes of the extra virgin olive oil bring everything together. Herbs and a touch of pepper complete the blend.
