The Uivo Cronológico Tinto is the result of selecting the best grapes from the Vinhas Velhas, with greater extraction and without destemming, to create a wine that can evolve over decades. 

The Uivo Cronológico Tinto 2011 is distinguished by its exceptional aging potential. It presents itself fresh and lively with a complex structure. On the palate, aromas of forest berries and blackcurrant unfold, accompanied by a lively freshness. The wine is rich and powerful, supported by an excellent acidity that leads to a long finish. 

The Uivo Cronológico Tinto 2011, with a production of only 1,200 bottles, has an alcohol content of 13% and is offered in 75cl bottles.

This wine is a journey through the history of Tiago Sampaio's winery. The special blend comes from the best barrels of his old vineyards, in which a variety of different grape varieties grow.

After 5 years in the barrel, the wine was bottled and then aged for at least another 5 years in the bottle. Enjoy this red wine as a special companion to fine dishes or as a highlight in your wine collection.
