Because breakfast – alongside the aperitif – is one of the finest meals of the day and a wonderful breakfast can make even grey days seem brighter, we invite you to join us this Saturday for a trout breakfast!
Our open tasting buffet will feature fine smoked trout, trout caviar, as well as trout rillettes and émiettés from "La truite des Pyrénées", a family-run trout farm in the Pyrenees.
It’s a refreshing change from the usual salmon and sure to provide some lovely inspiration for the upcoming Easter celebrations!
To enjoy in your glass, we’ll be serving Luis Pato’s Espumante Baga Rosé, which pairs beautifully with fish. So be sure to join us – we look forward to seeing you!

"La truite des Pyrénées" is a family business that has been in operation since 1953 and is now run by the third generation, with 22 employees.
The trout farm is strategically located at the confluence of the three branches of the Barèges, Gavarnie and Cauterets rivers in the Pyrenees.
The clear, highly oxygenated water provides an ideal habitat for Fario and Arc-en-Ciel (French for rainbow) trout: their flesh is particularly tender and delicate, wonderfully pure and aromatic.
