The white asparagus comes from the Demeter-certified Schulz asparagus farm in Havelsee, Brandenburg. Here, heirloom, non-hybrid varieties are grown, which grow outdoors instead of under a plastic sheet. A very special delicacy that we owe to a collaboration with our friends from Taste & Stories!
