As every year, this Sunday marks the occasion: at Markthalle IX in Kreuzberg, cheesemakers, affineurs and specialist retailers from around the world will gather for Cheese Berlin to present a selection of artisan cheeses from Germany and Europe.
We are taking part again too and are already very much looking forward to it! We will be supported by our cheesespecialist friends Marc Birkett from Savoy and Manuel Maia from Portugal, who will each present their own cheeses. We are also bringing along a wonderful selection of hard mountain cheeses from France and the Allgäu (from our friends at "Jamei Laibspeis") – yes, the Beaufort season has finally opened! – some small French sheep and goat cheeses, such as Brin d'Amour, Charolais and raw Epoisses, and our famous raw milk butter.
Come by and dive into the fray with us – there is never so much cheese at once all year round as there is at Cheese!
