The year is drawing to a close ... and every end contains a beginning. Hesse said something like that. Things are less poetic with us, but decidedly more culinary!
And that is why we are dedicating our first tasting of the winter to duck, this noble poultry that is particularly popular around Christmas.
Under the motto "Duck good, everything good", supported by our Catalan supplier Collverd, we will serve you the following duck specialties:
- BBQ Chorizo
- Confit de canard / Duck confit
- Quail leg
- Duck breast ham
- Duck salami
