We really want to know: after celebrating the pink garlic from Lautrec the week before last, this week is all about the pink onions from Roscoff.
We're going to bake a large pissaladière with them and cordially invite you to enjoy it with us and a glass of wine.
Pissaladière is an onion tart from Nice and is considered one of the local specialties there, along with socca (a type of savory pancake made from chickpea flour).
As a wine pairing, we are presenting the new fantastic white wine "Alfaiate" from Portugal, which will also be freshly delivered to us this week.
