The vegetable soup from the Breton countryside!
As a tribute to Brittany, its terroir and local producers, the Arvorig soup brilliantly combines three typical regional ingredients:
artichokes, buckwheat and seaweed.
This creamy soup, comforting in its autumnal mildness and surprising with its subtle plant-based balance, reveals a new and incomparable universe of aromas.
Arvorig is the Breton word for Armorica (Brittany) and means "land by the sea".
Whether old-fashioned aromas, roasted notes or the delight of iodine, each flavor plays its own score to unfold in the rhythm of the tasting. You will discover an unusual combination of land and sea between artichokes, harvested in the heart of Brittany during the season, buckwheat with a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), and three selected seaweed varieties from the Finistère region. So let yourself be carried by a Celtic melody on an escape into the heart of Armorica!
The Arvorig soup is the first hot soup without fish from La Belle-Iloise and offers a high proportion of vegetables and seaweed.
This soup can be eaten either as a starter for 2 people or as a main course for 1 person.
