The Vidal family business is located in Cénac in the heart of Périgord, a region that is also known as the “triangle d’Or,” or France’s golden triangle, due to its agricultural fertility. The company is run by Pascal Vidal, who is assisted by his wife, his son, and eight other employees. Vidal supplies selected delicatessens throughout Europe.

Pascal Vidal is originally a trained chef and a culinary virtuoso with a burning passion for bold flavors, which can be found in his preserves. All preserves are based on traditional regional recipes that reveal entirely new taste experiences through modern adaptations. The confits and cassoulet, in particular, are a true delight for the palate, but lesser-known dishes such as the braised goose with chestnut also make gourmets’ hearts beat faster.

Particular care is taken from the very beginning in selecting the ingredients, which come exclusively from the region and bear the protected designation of origin seal of Périgord.
