Natural sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, without disgorgement and without added sulfites.

The vineyards are located in the Cima-Corgo (Alijó) sub-region at an average altitude of 600 m on slate and granite soils.

We present to you a delicious bottle of sparkling wine that is essentially an adult peach iced tea.

This refreshing Pet Nat is made with minimal intervention. The grapes come from vines grown on slate and granite soils. They are hand-picked in early September and sorted in the vineyard.

After two weeks on the skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The unfiltered wine is bottled in October.

The nose reveals peach blossoms, followed by wet river stones and unripe apricots on the palate. Its cloudy appearance belies its unique flavor.

The fine mousse makes it approachable and interesting. The grapes are harvested by hand and left on the skins for two weeks. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is bottled unfiltered and without fining.

Pale yellow and cloudy color. Very fine bubbles. Rich aroma, full of ripe tropical fruits and wildflowers. Medium-bodied, with delicate and persistent acidity on the palate.

A young and seductive wine, particularly suited to the warmer seasons. Serve chilled at a temperature between 6 and 8°C, to enjoy on its own on a hot summer day or with delicate fish, seafood, and salads.
